This is brewmaster and owner Tim Gallon adding fresh hops to our Harvest Hops Ale.   The hops were grown locally and added to the beer within hours of picking.  “I take every chance I get to incorporate something local into the beer.  This is what makes a local brewery so special.”

Black Bear Microbrewery is an independently, family owned distributing microbrewery. Our beers are available on draft at Maine bars and restaurants.
